Davo attended the London, England, premiere of the Bob Marley: One Love Movie at the BFI IMAX Waterloo on January 30, 2024. While on the red carpet the actor and music artist was asked how he became involved in the film. “I DM’d the casting director and said I hope you haven’t picked anyone for my dad’s role because that’s my dad and I’m literally him,” Davo replied.
